Shipping Policy

Delivery Timeframe
Items are delivered within 10–15 days after dispatch. If there’s any delay, contact/WhatsApp: 9380149947.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Mon–Sat (excluding public holidays).

  • Standard processing time: 1–3 business days from payment confirmation.

  • If your order includes waiting-period/pre-order items, the entire order ships when all items are ready (message us if you prefer split shipping; extra charges may apply).

Shipping Partners
We use leading courier networks (e.g., Delhivery, XpressBees, Blue Dart, DTDC, Amazon Shipping, India Post). Courier selection is based on your pincode.

Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking link via SMS/WhatsApp once dispatched. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.

Address & Delivery Attempts
Ensure correct address/phone at checkout. Couriers usually attempt delivery 1–2 times. Undelivered/RTO due to incorrect address/unreachable phone/refusal will require reshipment charges.

Damages / Shortages / Wrong Item
Record an unboxing video and check your parcel on delivery. For any issue, message 9380149947 within 48 hours with your Order ID and photos/video.
Per our policy, we offer replacements only (no refunds) after verification.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Before dispatch: message us within 2 hours of placing the order.

  • After dispatch: orders cannot be changed/canceled. Refusal at delivery is treated as RTO; reship charges apply.
